The IPLJ features scholarship concerning copyright, trademark, and patent law. We are particularly interested submissions on topics related to entertainment, sports, fashion, and telecommunications.

- ~15,000-30,000 words
- Footnotes in Bluebook format
- Accepted via Scholastica, or by email to our Editor-in-Chief, Sarah Snow, at eic.iplj@fordham.edu.
