The Buffalo Law Review is pleased to announce articles are now invited and welcomed for Exclusive Submission to our Review until July 28, 2025! All authors will receive an expedited decision by July 31, 2025.
Authors submitting to Buffalo Law Review during the Exclusive Submissions Window should not submit the manuscript elsewhere during that time, and also commit to publishing the manuscript in the Buffalo Law Review if accepted before August 1, 2025.
All authors interested should use the Scholastica platform and in the submission include: (1) their completed article manuscript in Bluebook format; (2) a CV; (3) and a cover letter. The Review will conduct all communication, including publication decisions, through Scholastica and authors are invited to use it to communicate with the Review.
