Dear Editor
i would like to know if your journal would be interested in publishing my research on nature of litigation presented to oppose village and municipality elections in the state of Madhya Pradesh in India. I have through my research come to some findings as to how contestants the litigation as a strategy to not allow election machinery to do its routine works. I am enclosing a copy of the same. Let me know whether it could be published in your journal.
